Message than when at operating temp about 212F.

For a 0W-30 synthetic (typical values, depends on brand):
Vis @ 104F (40C) about 50 cSt (centistokes)
Vis @ 212F (100) about 10 cSt

The vis 50cSt @ 104F is too high for start up and the vis is even higher at 75F. Would be ideal if the vis was about 10 cSt at 75F which would yield better flow-ability at start up and still provide the needed lube, wear protection and cooling which it does at operating temp.
